your boundaries are ignored
It can feel like:
deep exhaustion
anxiety
depression
rarely able to feel safe, calm, at peace
self-doubt
perfectionistic tendencies
feeling crazy
intense self-hatred
guilt/shame cycle
living out of fear
consistent frustration
feeling purposeless
